Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, and Employee Center
• Participate in the full delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering and design through build, test, and deployment
• Implement customized workflows, automation, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and Script Includes
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and IntegrationHub
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and user stories
• Provide Tier 2/3 support, perform root-cause analysis, and support platform upgrades and patching
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and technical debt

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Glide API, and server/client-side scripting
• Experience customizing modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Request, and Knowledge
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CIS-SPM, or CAD
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Performance Analytics, or Orchestration
• Familiarity with Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspace, or Flow Designer
• Experience acting as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
