Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration of the ServiceNow platform, including routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades
• Develop reliable and scalable applications, workflows, and automation to streamline processes and enhance productivity
• Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Maintain instance health by adhering to ServiceNow best practices and leveraging OOTB features
• Promote continuous improvement and implement platform performance optimization strategies
• Build and maintain technical design and configuration documentation
• Provide mentoring to team members through example and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Approximately 8 years of software development experience
• At least 3 years of ServiceNow Platform/Product development and implementation experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript and XML
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with Virtual Agent and Gen AI capabilities
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITAM/HAM/SAM, CSM, and ITOM
• Experience with Scoped/Custom Applications, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer
• Experience planning and executing ServiceNow Platform upgrades and cloning
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• ServiceNow Certifications: Application Developer and Certified System Administrator
