Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary developer and administrator for the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise environment
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs
• Build and manage Flow Designer flows, Subflows, and Actions to automate IT and business processes
• Design and deploy IntegrationHub spokes and spoke actions to automate workflows
• Mature and maintain the CMDB including Discovery schedules, normalization rules, and CI relationships
• Manage Hardware Asset Management Pro configurations and asset lifecycle stages
• Partner with IT leadership to gather requirements and deliver scalable platform solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and server-side and client-side scripting
• Demonstrated experience with ITSM and ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping)

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience with IntegrationHub and custom spoke development
• Familiarity with IT security frameworks like CMMC or NIST SP 800-171
