About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow platform evolutions specifically within the ITSM scope (Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge, and Service Catalog).
  • Implement and optimize the Service Catalog, including Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Workflows.
  • Develop core ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, ACLs, and Data Policies.
  • Build automations using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub, and manage integrations via REST API and SOAP.
  • Configure and parameterize GenAI functionalities, specifically Now Assist for ITSM, to enable incident summarization and agent assistance.
  • Conduct functional and technical testing for AI-generated content and analyze data quality to optimize AI results.
  • Ensure technical governance by applying development best practices, performing impact analyses, and managing multi-instance environments (DEV, TEST, PROD).

Requirements

  • Bac+5 degree in a relevant technical field.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Minimum of 3 years of significant experience working on ITSM projects.
  • Advanced expertise in JavaScript (both client-side and server-side).
  • Strong knowledge of REST API, SOAP, and integration mechanisms.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Professional English language skills for an international context.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer), or CIS-ITSM.
  • Experience or certification related to Now Assist or Generative AI.
  • Experience in complex, large-scale, or international environments.
  • Experience in technical support (N2/N3 level).
