Senior ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules
• Build workflows, UI actions, business rules, and Flow Designer automations
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and DevOps pipelines
• Implement AI capabilities including Now Assist, NASK, and Predictive Intelligence
• Build AI use cases for summarization, duplicate detection, and knowledge generation
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, and support CMDB integrations
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience with ITSM modules
• Expertise in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and APIs
• Experience working with AI and automation tools
• Knowledge of cloud environments and system integrations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within regulated industries
• Knowledge of CMDB and service mapping
• Experience with DevOps integration
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS-ITSM)
