Senior ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Perform code reviews and quality control checks to ensure maximum productivity
• Debug and resolve technical issues and system problems
• Produce and execute test cases to guarantee software quality
• Document code and application functionality
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies within the ServiceNow ecosystem

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CSM (Customer Service Management) and ITSM (IT Service Management)
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies
