About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service and follow assignments from the Team Leader
- Create product samples based on specific customer requests
- Monitor production lines during mass product runs to ensure quality
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems at customer sites
- Examine customer complaints, provide confirmations, and maintain proper documentation
- Monitor customer demands and competitor activity to report to leadership
- Maintain and preserve all issued technical instruments and tools
- Adhere to company regulations regarding hygiene, occupational safety, and fire prevention
- Implement and maintain quality policies including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in wood coatings
- Proven ability in technical problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Ability to work onsite at manufacturing locations in Binh Duong, Dong Nai, or other provinces in Vietnam
