About the role
Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex, intermittent, or unusual faults in robotic systems, modular components, and support vehicles
- Perform advanced repairs on intricate electrical systems, control units, and associated hardware
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic flowcharts
- Document diagnostic processes, root cause hypotheses, and repair details in the service management system
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Level 2 Technicians
- Calibrate, configure, and maintain specialized diagnostic tools and test equipment
Requirements
- 2+ years of service work experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Valid U.S. driver's license and successful MVR completion
- Ability to work the PM shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) including at least one weekend day
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in vehicle or fleet service (electric or autonomous vehicles), robotics, or aircraft
- Experience with JIRA, MaintainX, or similar service tools
