Senior Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex, intermittent, or unusual faults in robotic systems, modular components, and support vehicles
• Perform advanced repairs on intricate electrical systems, control units, and associated hardware
• Interpret complex technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic flowcharts
• Meticulously document diagnostic processes, root cause hypotheses, and repair details in the service management system
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and on-the-job assistance to Level 2 Technicians
• Calibrate, configure, and maintain specialized diagnostic tools and test equipment
• Manage and prioritize assigned workload independently

Requirements

• 2+ years of service work experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Valid U.S. driver's license and successful completion of MVR
• Curiosity and inclination for mechanical repair

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in vehicle or fleet service (electric or autonomous vehicles), robotics, or aircraft
• Experience with JIRA, MaintainX, or other service tools and systems
