Senior Service Technician – Building Automation

Responsibilities

• Perform authorized service on building automation systems, including control units, PLCs, sensors, and actuators.
• Diagnose and resolve faults, perform preventive maintenance, and conduct functional testing.
• Execute 1:1 testing during system commissioning.
• Maintain accurate service documentation.
• Communicate effectively with customers, including technical facility managers.
• Coordinate small-scale service and implementation orders, including subcontractor management.

Requirements

• Electrical education (vocational or secondary school with professional qualification).
• Proven experience servicing electrical or mechanical equipment.
• Valid Category B driving license (active driver).
• High level of independence, reliability, and a team-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, low-voltage systems, or PLC.
• Experience in order coordination or managing small teams/subcontractors.
