Senior Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive operational and strategic management to ensure service center objectives are met
• Manage large teams by providing guidance, feedback, and performance monitoring through KPIs
• Ensure cost and revenue structures support the financial goals of the P&L
• Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture within the organization
• Proactively manage customer relationships and respond quickly to service issues
• Provide direction to commercial teams and potentially supervise sales colleagues
• Foster a high-impact culture through innovation, accountability, and empowerment

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical work experience
• 3 years of industry-specific experience and 3 years of leadership/management experience
• Proven experience in industrial or commercial process water environments
• Advanced SAP fluency (e.g., SD, CS, or CM modules)
• Fluency in Field Service or CRM applications (e.g., MS Field Service or MS CRM)
• Valid driving license and a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain required customer clearances (e.g., TWIC, DISA)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• MBA or other advanced degree focused on leadership or strategy
