Senior Service Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX activities for Finance Applications, from qualitative user research to high-fidelity UI design.
• Plan and conduct qualitative research, including stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiry, and usability testing.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and design thinking sessions to align business and technology goals.
• Translate research findings into user journeys, process flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Produce high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Build trusted relationships across Business, Product, and Technology organizations to communicate design rationale.

Requirements

• 10+ years of UX Design experience, specifically within enterprise environments.
• Proven experience owning end-to-end UX projects from initial discovery through final delivery.
• Strong qualitative research skills, including workshop facilitation and research synthesis.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma.
• Expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Experience designing internal enterprise applications and working within large, matrixed organizations.
• Experience in Financial Services or FinTech.
• Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
