About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design meaningful, human-centered experiences and end-to-end service journeys for large-scale IT transformation projects.
  • Translate complex systems, platforms, and processes into intuitive, seamless, and scalable experiences.
  • Create clear and compelling journey maps and service artefacts using Figma to drive stakeholder alignment.
  • Connect frontstage user experiences with backend processes to ensure future-ready service delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across technology, digital, and operations to influence outcomes and embed better ways of working.
  • Navigate ambiguity by structuring complex problems into clear frameworks and actionable design solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Designer within complex enterprise or large-scale transformation environments.
  • High proficiency in Figma, specifically for journey mapping and service blueprint creation.
  • Strong grounding in human-centered design (HCD) methodologies and design thinking practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems into clear, user-centric experiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within telecommunications or other high-volume, complex service industries.
  • Experience working on large-scale modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
