About the role
Responsibilities
- Design meaningful, human-centered experiences and end-to-end service journeys for large-scale IT transformation projects.
- Translate complex systems, platforms, and processes into intuitive, seamless, and scalable experiences.
- Create clear and compelling journey maps and service artefacts using Figma to drive stakeholder alignment.
- Connect frontstage user experiences with backend processes to ensure future-ready service delivery.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across technology, digital, and operations to influence outcomes and embed better ways of working.
- Navigate ambiguity by structuring complex problems into clear frameworks and actionable design solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Designer within complex enterprise or large-scale transformation environments.
- High proficiency in Figma, specifically for journey mapping and service blueprint creation.
- Strong grounding in human-centered design (HCD) methodologies and design thinking practices.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems into clear, user-centric experiences.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
- Strong consulting mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within telecommunications or other high-volume, complex service industries.
- Experience working on large-scale modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
