Senior Service Designer

Responsibilities

• Design meaningful, human-centered end-to-end service journeys to support large-scale IT transformation.
• Translate complex systems, platforms, and processes into intuitive and seamless user experiences.
• Create clear and compelling journey maps and service artefacts using Figma to drive stakeholder alignment.
• Connect frontstage experiences with backend processes to ensure scalable and future-ready service design.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across technology, digital, and operations to influence outcomes and embed better ways of working.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering service design outcomes within complex enterprise or transformation environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, specifically for journey mapping and visual storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems into clear, user-centric experiences.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing end-to-end services, covering both customer-facing and backend processes.
• Solid grounding in human-centered design methodologies and design thinking practices.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within telecommunications or similarly complex, high-volume service environments.
• Background in large-scale modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
