Senior Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Own all activities related to the production environment within the scope of post-production support services
• Act as the primary contact point for both internal organizational and external customer IT and business team escalations
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers
• Ensure all customer requests are promptly handled and resolved to provide continuous and professional support coverage
• Serve as a customer advocate across all internal departments within Netcracker
• Provide expert guidance and support to other team members within the support area

Requirements

• Progressive experience in technical, client, or application support fields
• Solid technical expertise within the BSS (Business Support Systems) domain
• Knowledge of software development and implementation methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Experience with modern technologies such as NFV, SDN, Cassandra, Ignite, Kafka, REST API, Microservices, or Machine Learning
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Willingness and ability to travel
