Senior Service Center Technician (Electrical)

Responsibilities

• Carry out workshop and onsite services on various Xylem products, including both mechanical and electrical components
• Repair, monitor, and install equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Prepare detailed service reports and provide direct feedback to customers following service visits
• Inspect and test products thoroughly prior to dispatching them to customers
• Clean, strip, and rebuild systems, pumps, and mixers in the workshop or at customer sites as required

Requirements

• Qualified Electrical Tradesperson
• Prior experience working as an Electrical Fitter or Service Technician
• Ability to perform both workshop-based and onsite service tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers
• Ability to work cohesively within a team to achieve common goals
