Senior Server System Platform Hardware Architect

Responsibilities

• Define and drive platform level socket pinout and floor planning using Cadence tools
• Develop comprehensive product specifications for system level products through cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement
• Drive vendor partnership and engagement to enable the ecosystem for emerging technologies
• Write and review detailed, customer-centric technical documentation
• Provide technical expertise and leadership for a broad cross-functional team including power supply, mechanical, thermal, and silicon design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
• 15+ years of experience in hardware architecture or related engineering roles
• Expertise in board level and system level design
• Proficiency with Cadence tools
• Strong debugging skills at the SoC and system level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and customer-facing interactions
