Senior SEO/GEO Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences
• Guide and educate other SEO consultants on strategy execution
• Perform keyword research, technical scans, and backlink audits as needed
• Participate independently in new business pitches and one-off client projects
• Track performance, analyze data, and provide regular client reports with improvement recommendations
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in organic search

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
• At least 5 years of experience in SEO
• Strategic autonomy to manage priorities and drive results in a hybrid setting
• Very strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for optimization
• Strong communication and presentation skills for complex ideas
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
