About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics and ROI to stakeholders.
- Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys to enhance lead generation and sales.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and content writers to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Understanding of email marketing automation tools and content marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns and performance marketing.
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
