Senior SEO Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for multiple client accounts
• Conduct SEO audits and define KPIs to drive traffic and conversions
• Optimize websites for Google AI Overviews (AIO), ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
• Perform advanced technical SEO audits and resolve crawlability or indexation issues
• Build SEO automation workflows using Python, APIs, or no-code platforms
• Conduct keyword, entity, and topical authority research using AI-powered tools
• Prepare SEO-first content briefs and collaborate with content writers
• Measure performance using GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and Ahrefs

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital agency
• Proven track record of driving measurable SEO growth
• Deep understanding of technical, on-page, and semantic SEO
• Experience with AI Overviews (AIO), GEO, and AI-assisted search optimization
• Proficiency with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GA4
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and automation workflows
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field
