About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a complete SEO & GEO strategy (technical, content, brand authority) for the B2B funnel in France
- Ensure technical excellence of the B2B site including architecture, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and performance
- Lead the SEO/GEO content strategy in collaboration with Brand, Content, PR, and Community teams using AI workflows
- Develop and evolve the GEO approach to optimize presence in AI search engines and LLMs
- Implement SEO/GEO dashboards and reporting in partnership with the Analytics team
- Create synergies with B2C SEO, International B2B, CRM, Paid, and Communications teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of SEO experience (in-house or agency), ideally in B2B or SaaS
- Experience in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and understanding of LLM visibility
- Mastery of strategic, technical, and content SEO including autonomous audits
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Botify, Google Search Console, and Amplitude
- Bilingual in French and English
Preferred Qualifications
- SEO experience in the B2B SaaS or healthcare sector
- Experience with international and multi-market SEO strategies
- Mastery of E-E-A-T optimization for YMYL content
