Senior Seller Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and onboard high-quality Chinese sellers to the Amazon Mexico marketplace.
• Build a robust pipeline of prospective sellers through proactive outreach, networking, and partnership initiatives.
• Provide hands-on support to new sellers during the critical launch phase, guiding them through account setup, catalog creation, and best practices.
• Analyze seller metrics and sales data to provide tailored consulting advice that accelerates sales velocity and account health.
• Identify and remove logistical, operational, or knowledge-based blockers that hinder seller growth and performance.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of Chinese sellers, acting as their primary advocate within Amazon.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver results and share lessons learned with global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing (e.g., e-commerce, retail technology, or SaaS).

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience.
• Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods within small and medium-sized businesses.
• Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
