About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop a category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition.
- Identify, recruit, cross-launch, and support various types of sellers to execute growth plans.
- Review and monitor the performance and sales of Amazon's partners to provide consulting advice for business growth.
- Coordinate and lead projects with cross-functional teams to deliver results with stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and resolve seller blockers to ensure success on the marketplace.
- Feed back lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases to global teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales or marketing experience (e.g., e-commerce, retail technology, or SaaS) or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses.
