Senior Security Tools Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer, integrate, and automate enterprise cybersecurity tools
• Support security tool operations, upgrades, patching, and configuration
• Develop APIs, scripts, Python libraries, and automation workflows
• Design and manage vulnerability scanning strategies and security data workflows
• Build dashboards and alerts for SOC, risk management, and CDM stakeholders
• Aggregate security logs and vulnerability data into SIEM and reporting platforms
• Support audit readiness and compliance reporting
• Use CI/CD, containers, and cloud-native automation for security engineering workflows

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required
• DHS EOD / suitability clearance required
• 10+ years of experience managing and integrating enterprise-grade security tools
• Hands-on experience with Splunk, Tenable, CrowdStrike, ForeScout, Zscaler, and AWS
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Batch, SQL, and Bash
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and GitHub Enterprise
• Experience with AWS Lambda, AWS Fargate, and HashiCorp Vault
• Experience designing dashboards for DHS CDM or comparable federal environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Prisma Cloud, Corelight NDR, or Cisco ISE
• Prior DHS, DOD, or federal CDM program support experience
• Experience integrating tool data into centralized Splunk dashboards
