About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple feature developments and software applications, managing all stages from design and coding to testing and integration.
- Manage relationships with internal and outsourced development partners to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Review and evaluate designs for compliance with established guidelines and standards to mitigate failure risk.
- Provide domain-specific expertise and leadership to cross-organizational projects and programs.
- Drive innovation by integrating new technologies into the software applications design organization.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior and less-experienced staff members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
- 6-10 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in C/C++, C#, .NetCore, WPF, or XAML.
- Strong knowledge of Windows programming (multi-threading, sockets, etc.) and Windows application development.
- Deep understanding of Windows security, including the registry, certificates, and file/folder security.
- Experience with software architecture and building solutions from the ground up.
- Proven experience with unit testing methodologies and Agile principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior knowledge of software security principles and cryptography.
- Experience with ReactJS, Python, Django, GO, Rust, or Xamarin.
- Familiarity with WMI, COM, networking, concurrency, or databases.
- Experience developing responsive web applications using JS Frameworks, HTML5, and CSS.
