Senior Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary owner for the Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP)
• Utilize CNAPP and CSPM to gain visibility into identities, secrets, and data risks
• Deploy and manage Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and Edge Security layers
• Oversee Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Cloud Workload Protection (CWPP)
• Design secure key management (KMS) and identity-aware access policies (IAM)
• Integrate CNAPP findings into the CI/CD pipeline and develop automations via Terraform or Ansible

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience
• Deep hands-on experience with CNAPP, CSPM, and CWPP
• Proven ability to triage and prioritize cloud security risks
• Strong experience with Edge Security services including WAF, DDoS mitigation, and ZTNA
• Proficiency in Terraform or Ansible
• Expert knowledge of AWS security services (IAM, KMS, CloudTrail)
• Comprehensive understanding of OWASP Top 10
• Linux/Unix proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with serverless security and edge computing
• Familiarity with automated security scanning tools (SAST/DAST/IAST)
• Understanding of compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, or SOC2
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Security Specialty or CCSK
