Senior Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as a security builder by probing AI systems, infrastructure, and applications for weaknesses
• Work directly with engineers to remediate identified vulnerabilities
• Identify and close gaps in threat detection and response
• Research and mitigate new AI-specific attack surfaces including training pipelines, inference systems, and model architectures
• Build automated tools to scale security operations
• Contribute to security measurement programs and help raise engineering security instincts

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional security engineering experience
• Deep hands-on experience with offensive security, red teaming, penetration testing, or vulnerability research
• Experience assessing cloud infrastructure security, preferably AWS (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, IAM)
• Ability to develop custom tools and automation using Python, Go, or similar
• Experience analyzing and exploiting web application vulnerabilities
• Strong understanding of threat actor techniques, tactics, and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML system security (prompt injection, model poisoning, data extraction)
• Fintech or financial services security experience
• Experience building security metrics and reporting frameworks
• Startup experience
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, or GXPN
