Senior Security Engineer - IAM

Responsibilities

• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and modification of user accounts and service principals.
• Conduct regular access reviews, entitlement cleanups, and role evaluations to enforce least-privilege access.
• Support application onboarding via SSO configuration, SCIM provisioning, and OAuth integration.
• Implement and maintain IAM security controls such as MFA, Conditional Access policies, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Troubleshoot identity-related issues including authentication failures, directory sync problems, and access conflicts.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing access-related evidence and documentation.
• Maintain detailed documentation of IAM processes, workflows, and configurations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in an Identity and Access Management (IAM) role.
• Strong expertise in Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including Conditional Access, MFA, and RBAC.
• Experience with identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• Proficiency in PowerShell or similar scripting tools for automation.
• Working knowledge of security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST.
• Ability to work onsite daily at our headquarters in Hyderabad, India.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft SC-300 certification (strongly preferred).
• Other relevant certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-500, or Security+.
