Senior Security Engineer, Content Engineering

Responsibilities

• Research and develop advanced hands-on DevSecOps and Cloud-Native security content
• Help security professionals embed security into SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps pipelines
• Build new hands-on lessons, technical content, and tools to streamline content release
• Maintain and update existing courses, lessons, and security challenges
• Ensure all final deliverables meet high-quality organizational standards
• Support the community by answering professional questions through support forums
• Proactively identify ways to scale and improve business processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in application security or product security roles
• Deep knowledge of DevSecOps, Cloud-Native technologies, and Zero Trust networks
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go
• Proven ability to write detailed technical guides and create engaging presentations
• Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a remote-first team environment
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup atmosphere
