Senior Security Delivery Professional

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential alarm and automation systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a "white glove" experience
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to promote additional products and services
• Educate customers on smart-home technology and advanced video solutions
• Design seamless home networks and provide Wi-Fi troubleshooting and support
• Manage residential projects from start to finish, collaborating with vendors as needed
• Train, mentor, and supervise new hires in the field during coaching sessions

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering security solutions and services to residential customers
• Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting in home environments
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting, crawling in confined spaces, and working at heights
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalent) without restrictions
• Normal colour vision for working with color-coded wiring
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in electronics, computers/IT, or a related field
• Security Systems Technician Trades Qualified (TQ) certification
• Previous experience in security alarm installation
