Senior Security Delivery Professional

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential alarm and automation systems
• Provide expert analysis and education to customers regarding smart-home technology and advanced video solutions
• Design seamless home networks and provide support for internet, TV, and Wi-Fi products
• Manage residential projects from start to finish, collaborating with vendors for execution
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to promote additional products and services
• Train, mentor, and supervise new hires in the field during coaching sessions
• Maintain high standards of customer service to build long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering residential security solutions and services
• Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting techniques in home environments
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on residential installations
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting, crawling in confined spaces, and working at heights/ladders
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalent) without restrictions
• Fluency in English with strong professional communication skills
• Normal colour vision for working with color-coded wiring
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in electronics, computers/IT, or a related field
• Security Systems Technician Trades Qualified (TQ) certification
• Previous experience in security alarm installation
