Senior Security/Badging Technician

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize employee security badge clearances and maintain the photo identification database
• Monitor alarm systems across multiple offices and act as an intermediary between vendors and local supervisors
• Operate security systems and equipment, including performing investigations and due diligence reporting for site security issues
• Provide project support by preparing security documentation for internal processes and audits
• Implement pre-established emergency action plans and ensure compliance with security system monitoring
• Compile and document security data, incidents, and reports for future audits
• Safeguard and protect sensitive, classified, and personally identifiable information (PII)

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of related security administration experience
• High School Diploma
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with security system access control (C-Cure) and CCTV/IP Video (Exacq) applications
• Basic knowledge of system database import/export and reporting through SQL
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Software House CCURE or Exacq video certifications (obtainable within the first year)
