Senior Security Architect

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic customer engagements focused on Security Architecture across Identity, Data, and Infrastructure
• Support secure AI adoption by architecting trusted Agentic AI frameworks and leveraging Snowflake Cortex
• Deploy AI observability and governance tools like Cortex Guard to ensure secure LLM interactions
• Deliver workshops to transition customers to advanced SIEM Augmentation and Cybersecurity Data Lakes
• Build repeatable reference architectures for IAM, Data Governance, and Encryption
• Guide customers through Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) planning
• Create technical content and tooling to showcase security best practices
• Act as the Voice of the Field to influence Snowflake's product and engineering roadmaps

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in Data, Security, Networking, Infrastructure, or AI Engineering
• Deep understanding of LLM security risks and mitigation strategies
• Expertise in governing Autonomous Agents and implementing "Human-in-the-loop" controls
• Mastery of data privacy techniques including Data Masking and Secure Sandboxing
• Proficiency in modern IAM protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
• Hands-on expertise with SQL, Python, and APIs
• Proficiency in securing container lifecycles and Kubernetes environments
• Strong technical communication skills for demos and presentations to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of emerging AI regulations like the EU AI Act
• Familiarity with SOC2, HIPAA, and HITRUST requirements for AI/ML workloads
• CISSP certification
