Senior Security Analyst - SOC/CTI

Responsibilities

• Lead threat detection and incident response operations across SIEM, EDR/XDR, and cloud-native security tools
• Produce and operationalize Cyber Threat Intelligence focusing on MITRE ATT&CK mapping
• Lead proactive threat hunting initiatives across on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Manage and enrich detection engineering by developing and tuning detection rules
• Monitor vulnerabilities and prioritize remediation based on active exploitation evidence
• Support compliance and security audits for PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and LGPD
• Produce tactical, operational, and strategic threat intelligence reports for technical and executive stakeholders

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in SOC operations (L2/L3 incident handling)
• Proven experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence and malware analysis
• Deep knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Experience with threat hunting using KQL, SPL, or similar query languages
• Proficiency with SIEM, EDR/XDR, and Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs)
• Familiarity with fintech or payments threat landscapes
• Experience in environments governed by PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, or SOC2
• Advanced English proficiency
• At least one required certification: GIAC GCTI, GIAC GCIH, GIAC GCIA, CompTIA CySA+, or eCTHP

Preferred Qualifications

• GIAC GCED, CHFI, eCDFP, or Blue Team Level 2 (BTL2) certifications
• AWS Certified Security – Specialty or Azure Security Engineer Associate
• Experience with open-source CTI tooling such as MISP, OpenCTI, YARA, or Sigma rules
