Senior Section Leader - Training Development and Conduct

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of workforce capabilities through career mentoring and training
• Oversee direct line management activities including performance, talent acquisition, and career development
• Establish measurable goals and communicate effectively with the section team
• Support department and directorate level initiatives and program staffing
• Act as a technical leader to support and enable section members
• Develop strategies for proposals and contract execution to deliver quality work within budget
• Ensure employee compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience in training development and/or conducting training on high-tech systems
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in radar systems, system requirements, or system testing
• Understanding of Technical Data Packages, Change Notices, and technical manuals
• Experience serving as a technical lead for Training and Graphics illustration teams
• Proficiency with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or similar budget tracking tools
• Experience with proposal capture processes and Estimate at Complete (EAC) processes
