Senior SEC Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and filing of all quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) reports, as well as 8-Ks and other SEC filings.
• Manage and mentor the SEC Reporting team.
• Research and resolve complex reporting issues, including equity-based compensation, dividends, and earnings per share.
• Lead the implementation of new accounting standards and ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors regarding SEC reporting and equity matters.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and automation of the SEC reporting function.
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Tax, FP&A, Investor Relations, and International Finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA certification is required.
• 8+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting and/or SEC reporting experience at a public company.
• Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to senior management.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and their impact on financial disclosures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reporting compliance software such as Workiva or ActiveDisclosure.
• Experience reviewing XBRL tagging.
