Senior SEA Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and own Google Shopping, Search, and Bing campaigns from strategy to execution
• Strategically develop and scale the paid search advertising channel to drive long-term growth
• Manage significant advertising budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI
• Optimize the search and shopping campaign portfolio, including structure, bidding, audiences, feeds, and copy
• Analyze performance data to surface actionable insights and translate them into optimization steps
• Own the annual budget plan and KPI framework, presenting results to senior stakeholders
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Analytics, Data, Pricing, and Country Management teams to ensure measurement accuracy
• Utilize AI tools, scripts, and automation to multiply campaign impact and efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEA or Performance Marketing experience with large-scale Shopping and Search campaigns
• Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search & Shopping), Bing Ads, and Google Merchant Center
• Strong proficiency in feed optimization (experience with tools like ProductsUp is a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to find and act on data patterns
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and web analytics tools like GA4
• Experience working with complex attribution models
• Fluent English; German language skills are a strong advantage
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (based in or near Cologne, or remote within Germany)
