Senior SDET

Responsibilities

• Build robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation scripts for functional, regression, API, and performance testing.
• Set up, maintain, and perform test automation frameworks across multiple platforms, including Mobile and Web.
• Take ownership of product development and improve overall product quality through rigorous testing.
• Run regular automation tests and perform debugging to fix identified issues.
• Utilize Jenkins to manage automation and provide metrics to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in design and architectural discussions and provide accurate task estimates.
• Research new test tools, methodologies, and industry trends to upgrade existing processes.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience as an SDET or in a similar role.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, Java, or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Webdriver, and Appium.
• Proven experience in Agile development environments incorporating CI/CD.
• Proficiency with version control and automation tools like GIT and Jenkins.
• Solid understanding of API-level testing.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and readable code with excellent debugging skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle ambiguous problems.
