Senior SDET

Responsibilities

• Create automation libraries and frameworks and build comprehensive automation tests
• Ensure platform health by implementing necessary checks and balances
• Drive meetings, new initiatives, and technical innovation within the QA space
• Participate in all day-to-day QA tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality SaaS releases
• Formulate test strategies by decomposing business and technical requirements into test scenarios and data requirements
• Constantly look for improvements in software development and testing processes

Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT or equivalent with 4-6 years of experience
• Strong proficiency in Java and Selenium
• Experience testing SaaS products with a clear understanding of architecture and design
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
• Experience testing Micro-services hosted platforms
• Proficiency with development and testing tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Bitbucket
• Familiarity with cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and basic Unix commands
• Experience with Test Cycle Management tools like JIRA

Preferred Qualifications

• ISTQB certification
• Experience with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
