Senior SDET II

Responsibilities

• Architect, scale, and maintain highly reusable, distributed test automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, and API layers
• Design and optimize continuous testing pipelines within CI/CD workflows like GitHub Actions and Jenkins
• Lead performance, scalability, security, and chaos engineering testing efforts
• Partner with Product Managers and Software Engineers to champion testability and define quality metrics
• Conduct rigorous code reviews for test automation scripts
• Diagnose complex system failures across microservices architectures and build observability dashboards
• Evaluate and introduce cutting-edge testing tooling and AI-driven testing practices
• Mentor and coach Mid-level and Senior SDET I engineers

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on automated testing
• Mastery of Python or TypeScript/JavaScript
• Expertise in automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or RestAssured
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and microservices testing
• Strong communication skills to align developers, product owners, and executives
