Senior SDET Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and design automated testing frameworks and suites to ensure continuous quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Write and execute application tests at the source code level (white box testing) to prevent errors within unit and component testing.
• Develop software tools, utilities, and scripts for end-to-end functional testing, including APIs, RESTful APIs, and web services.
• Integrate automated test suites with Continuous Integration (CI) tools to support continuous testing and deployment.
• Conduct performance, load, security, and service virtualization testing to identify application bottlenecks and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and business analysts to develop intricate test plans, conditions, and expected outcomes.
• Act as a single point of contact for assigned client projects regarding test engineering activities and coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or another technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software testing, coding, designing, and developing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, Perl, or Groovy.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing strategies and methodologies including TDD (Test Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior Driven Development).
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience developing automated testing strategies across a variety of environments and frameworks.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), unit testing, and service virtualization tools.
