Senior Scientist in Antibody Development

Responsibilities

• Design T-cell engagers and execute their development and optimization campaigns
• Work with internal and external teams on antibody discovery, characterization, and production
• Drive developability and manufacturability assessments
• Manage external relationships and deliverables
• Collaborate cross-functionally with computational scientists and immunologists to optimize and validate candidate molecules through iterative engineering and in vitro/in vivo studies

Requirements

• PhD in Biochemistry, Protein engineering, Bioengineering, or a related field
• Strong background in biochemistry, protein engineering, and Molecular Biology
• 2+ years industry experience leading the design, production, and developability optimization of multi-specific antibodies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and drive projects independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with antibody discovery/engineering using phage/yeast display
• Experience with in vitro functional studies of multi-specific antibodies
• Experience working with CROs
