Senior Scientist-Clinical Bioanalysis

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal Research development to perform late-stage development, qualification, validation, and implementation of translational and clinical biomarker assays
• Serve as a bioanalytical subject matter expert on cross-functional project teams including Clinical Development, Operations, and Regulatory
• Contribute to bioanalytical assay development strategy for measuring target engagement and pharmacodynamic responses such as cytokines and immune cell markers
• Support DMPK bioanalysis activities including PK, ADA, and PD biomarker integration for biologics
• Partner with clinical development and operations to support central lab activities including sample collection, assay feasibility, and method transfer
• Collaborate with external CRO partnerships to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of bioanalytical data
• Manage multiple bioanalytical projects simultaneously while maintaining scientific rigor and timelines

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Analytical biochemistry, Cell biology, Immunology, or a related life science discipline
• 4+ years of industry experience with an MS or 2+ years with a PhD
• Experience in biotech, biopharmaceutical, or CRO settings supporting translational and clinical bioanalysis
• Experience working with clinical central laboratories and sample logistics
• Hands-on experience with ligand-binding assays (ELISA, MSD/ECL), multiplex cytokine panels, flow cytometry, or cell-based functional assays
• Proven experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and managing external partners
