Senior Scientist

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analytical investigations in organic and inorganic chemistry to characterize additives and identify unknown compounds
• Establish, optimize, and develop innovative analytical methods and technologies
• Interpret complex analytical data and ensure precise documentation according to internal standards
• Lead and participate in analytical projects in close collaboration with interdisciplinary R&D teams
• Perform literature and patent research to support scientific innovation and development
• Present scientific results internally and externally, including contributions to scientific publications
• Manage laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance, procurement, and chemical inventory management

Requirements

• PhD in Chemistry (mandatory)
• Several years of professional experience in organic synthesis and molecular characterization
• Deep specialization in organic analytics, specifically expertise in NMR and Mass Spectrometry
• Proficiency in using relevant data analysis software
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English for an international environment
• High motivation for hands-on laboratory work and organizational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Machine Learning tools for structure elucidation
