  • Interface with Data Science and R&D IT teams to co-develop scalable, production-ready solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building data infrastructure in a research setting, including LIMS/ELN workflows and automated data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, LLM integration, or AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
  • Strong proficiency in Python and/or R, along with experience in large-scale data management.
  • Deep expertise in immunology or immuno-oncology, including a working understanding of T cell function and the tumor microenvironment.
  • Hands-on experience with single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, bulk RNA-seq, or functional screening datasets.
  • Experience developing and deploying tools for others, such as Shiny apps or shared analysis packages.
  • Proficiency with version control using Git/GitHub and collaborative software development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Experience with advanced deep learning models (e.g., graph neural networks, transformers) applied to biological data.
  • Knowledge of T-cell engagers, cytokines, bispecific molecules, or myeloid biology.
  • Experience working in an industry drug discovery setting.
