Senior Scientific Communications Advisor - AI

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to understand scientific breakthroughs and ongoing projects
• Transform scientific publications, technical reports, and research results into accessible and engaging content
• Produce various content formats including blog posts, research summaries, white papers, newsletters, and social media content
• Identify proactive communication topics and trends related to AI and AI safety
• Support grant and funding applications by drafting technical sections on computing infrastructure and research methodologies
• Prepare presentations, posters, and conference documents to support scientific outreach

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical writing, scientific communication, or a similar role
• Experience working in a research, scientific, or technological environment
• Strong understanding of fundamental AI and machine learning concepts (LLMs, deep learning, model evaluation)
• Excellent written English skills
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken French
• Ability to translate complex technical documents into clear, engaging content

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field
