Senior School Operations Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Head of School, Dean, and School Executive
• Lead the development, maintenance, and improvement of office systems, procedures, and workflows
• Coordinate key engagement activities and events that support the Medical School’s strategic and community-facing priorities

Requirements

• Substantial senior administrative experience in a complex organisation
• Experience in coordinating events and supporting high-level stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• High-level digital literacy across office and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently, use initiative, and contribute effectively within a team
• Possession of a current National Police Clearance
