Senior School Operations Officer (Dentistry)

Responsibilities

• Provide senior administrative and operational support to the School of Dentistry and School of Biomedical Sciences to ensure efficient delivery of academic programs.
• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of office systems, policies, and procedures.
• Support key governance functions, including School committees.
• Contribute to strategic planning, resource coordination, and special projects.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in a senior administrative role, ideally within a university or large, complex organisation.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports and briefing materials.
• Proven ability to analyse complex issues, exercise sound judgement, and deliver effective solutions.
• A collaborative approach with a strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
