Senior Scholarship Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Award Management system for philanthropic and institutional scholarships
• Serve as the centralized scholarship expert for department communication and interaction
• Support colleges and departments with establishing new scholarships and implementing them into the Award Management system
• Train departments and users on the administration of the Award Management system
• Coordinate with the LSU Foundation to resolve system issues and interpret donor agreements
• Manage the institutional scholarship swap process for the A&M campus
• Support scholarship awarding and processing within the Workday student SIS system
• Reconcile scholarship financial accounts and run necessary queries

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and one year of related experience (relevant experience may substitute for a degree)
• Experience in a student services setting within higher education
• Knowledge of Award Management systems or related scholarship administration software
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills and commitment to data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday student SIS
• Experience collaborating with university foundations or donor-related administration
