Senior Scheduling Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Project Controls Scheduling professionals
• Develop Bid Schedules, Baseline Schedules, and maintain assigned mega project civil construction projects
• Assist Project Managers with Time Impact Analysis, Mitigations/Recovery Analysis, and Claim Analysis
• Oversee the development of Bid Schedules and technical proposal sections
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and superintendents to develop Baseline Schedules
• Review weekly schedule updates and Monthly Schedule Reports
• Identify potential schedule and cashflow risks and contribute to mitigation planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Schedule control or Heavy Civil construction
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6
• Intermediate knowledge of PowerBI
• Advanced knowledge of construction building procedures and industry scheduling requirements
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
